Netropy Partners was founded by Tom Collings, a seasoned entrepreneur and former business and technology consultant who recognised a unique opportunity to harness his deep operational expertise and entrepreneurial insight. With a track record of building and operating businesses, Tom established Netropy Partners to drive the growth of high-potential small to medium-sized companies, focusing on transforming them into industry leaders.
Tom works with an experienced group of investors and advisers, leveraging their specialised knowledge and industry connections to uncover new opportunities and accelerate deal-making.

Tom Collings
Managing Partner
Tom is an accomplished company builder and leader, with a distinguished career built on innovation and organisational excellence.
With a background in science and engineering and a talent for quickly understanding and overcoming business challenges, he excels in driving growth while maximising operational efficiency.
Tom most recently founded and managed Kalium Health. As CEO he led the company through multiple rounds of financing, built a world-class team of engineers and technicians and oversaw the development and clinical evaluation of the world's first quantitative blood potassium self-test.
Prior to running Kalium Health, Tom worked in product development and technology consulting for 15 years including 8 years managing multi-million pound client projects at leading technology and market consulting firm Cambridge Consultants.
Tom's qualifications include a Masters of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Bristol and a General Management Certificate of Achievement from Cambridge Judge Business School. He lives with his family in England where he supports important community and business initiatives.
